Lauren Furlong is a New Jersey native who loves stumbling upon local places of solitude to bring her camera. Lauren’s photography conveys her deep love of trees, the sky, and earth’s natural beauty that many people often overlook. Awed by nature’s daily offerings, Lauren captures her amazement of the surrounding natural world so others can experience what she sees.
Lauren studied art and photography at Syracuse University and has worked in the photography field for over 15 years. Her experience ranges from portrait retouching to managing the digital media library for a National Geographic photographer. Currently, she works as a Digital Imaging Specialist where her work spans from printing to digital image repair. When Lauren doesn’t have a camera in her hands, she is mostly likely holding a cup of cold brewed coffee.
